School Counselor and Personalized Learning Coordinator - Cabot School
The ideal candidate will demonstrate capacity to empower students through awareness and development of talents, interests and future life goals. Cabot School is currently searching for an enthusiastic, caring and creative individual to be our next physical education and health teacher. Long Term Substitute - Physical Education Teacher - Cabot School

Cabot School has an immediate need for a long-term substitute physical education teacher for the duration of the 2017-18 school year. Duties include planning and teaching safe, fun and engaging physical education courses for a variety of ages, ranging from Pre-Kindergarten to high school.

Special Education Teacher/Case Manager  Cabot School 
Washington Northeast Supervisory Union has an opening for a Special Education Teacher/Case Manager starting in August of 2018. The position will be assigned to Cabot School in Cabot, Vermont, primarily working with elementary-age students in grades K-6. Cabot School is seeking a dynamic, student-centered teacher to lead our high school mathematics program next year, delivering explicit math instruction to students in small classes, grades 9-12.
